A total of 30 volunteers have gone through orientation at LifeLine. Please give them a round of a-paws. I am thrilled that spouses and kids joined us to learn how we can make a difference in pets and people’s lives. I see some pet adoptions happening in the future, just sayin’. Let Kari Kirkley know if you are interested in volunteering at one of the shelters as we look into coordinating another orientation. A few members have already expressed interest so let us know. Not interested in volunteering at the shelter, come out for Pets on the Path this Saturday. You will be purr-fectly matched with a dog from LifeLine and join your fellow Rotarians to walk on the path. We meet at LifeLine at 10 am to pick up our dogs and proceed to the Hyatt Centric at 10:45 ish for a moderate walk. Feel free to meet us for a pawsitvely nice stroll with your own dog. Those who just want to join in the fun but don’t want to walk a dog, the paw-ty starts at noon for lunch. Bone Appétit!
